Our values system is shaped around the principles of triple wellbeing - a framework we have learnt about from ThoughtBox. We are consciously working on fostering caring relationships with ourselves, society and the natural world and this forms the foundation of our environmental work at Kivukoni.
Eco Team
Leading the way for our school.
Our eco team is constituted of passionate and highly engaged students who care deeply for the natural world. They meet every week to learn, connect and create. They host a whole school assembly once per term, and can often be found scheming of ways to make our school even more connected to nature.
Food

Healthy, nutritious and environmentally aware meals are a key part of our school ethos. As such we provide fresh, home-cooked meals every day using whole-foods. We are currently working on a big project to shift our procurement towards prioritising local, seasonal and organic produce.
Environmental Policies & Certifications
We are an Eco School certified by Eco Schools International, and as such we strive for continued improvement on all environmental policies and actions.
